Thermal Spraying

Since 1966, we have coated components using thermal spraying. We use flame spraying with powder or wire, HVOF, APS and detonation spraying. Oxide ceramics, carbides as well as metals and alloys cover the typical requirements for wear and corrosion protection, friction management, dimensional restoration and repair.

You will find more on processes, materials and benefits below.

Boriding

Boriding is a thermochemical hardening process. We use it to create a wear-resistant surface on a component. The process is applied to steels, cast iron grades and sintered iron and significantly extends service life, as many properties of the materials are improved. Above all, the enormous hardness of the borided surfaces contributes to this. You can count on our many years of experience! Do not hesitate to contact us.

Grinding and Polishing

Grinding steel, stainless steel, aluminium or brass and copper is a material-removing manufacturing process.

The abrasives used are corundum (aluminium oxide), silicon carbide, boron nitride and diamond on various carriers such as grinding wheels or belts.

Metals such as stainless steel, steel, aluminium, brass and copper are polished using polishing carriers (cotton fabric, sisal, felt) and polishing agents (aluminium oxide) or polishing compounds.

Our high-quality wire and yarn guides guarantee long service life and minimal wear in your production processes.

You can count on our many years of experience! Do not hesitate to contact us.

Sandblasting

We blast your components! Sandblasting is the surface treatment of a material or component using a blasting medium. It is applied as an abrasive against rust and dirt or to give surfaces a matt finish. Sandblasting is used to remove both inherent and foreign contaminants from surfaces and to roughen the surface or matt it. You can count on our many years of experience! Do not hesitate to contact us.

Sub-assembly Manufacturing

In addition to individual parts, we also manufacture complete sub-assemblies for machinery, plant and special-purpose engineering. We take on the assembly of prefabricated workpieces from which machines and units are built. One advantage of sub-assembly manufacturing is that design and planning can concentrate entirely on a single sub-assembly. Time management stays clear, and the documentation of the individual work steps makes the sub-assembly easy for you to trace. In the event of a fault, a sub-assembly can be replaced, so there is no need to intervene in the entire system.
