We have been manufacturing additively for more than ten years, from design to post-processing. We develop and build the printers for this ourselves, in Germany.
Additive manufacturing and conventional post-processing are combined under one roof at Reimann. This is how we produce components made from high-performance plastics that meet high requirements for tolerances and durability.

From research into manufacturing
In close cooperation with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, we continuously refine processes and materials for additive manufacturing with high-performance plastics. We work particularly closely with the Institute for Plastics Technology and Simulation at the Hutthurm Campus.

We advise you on material selection and manufacture your component completely in-house. Thanks to our deep manufacturing chain, we also solve the most difficult requirements for tolerances and post-processing. PEEK, PEKK, PSU, PEI, PPSU, PPS and other high-performance plastics: resistant to heat, chemicals and mechanical stress. Suitable for industry, food and medical technology as well as research. Further materials on request.

Milling, grinding, polishing, impregnating, painting and threads. Only through post-processing does each component reach its final dimensions and function, down to the tightest tolerances on request.
